I think they were made available after an event, I could not remember which one but it was a full set of colourful head-ware.

...and you can still win it in Pinata Parties. I've seen it a few times on a profile on which I don't have a lot of plant costumes. Of course I always chose the wrong Pinata :/

It's 3 weeks of Lost City in Penny's Pursuit and Lava Guava is used regularly so I decided it was time to acquire him

And upgraded to shiny lvl7 🤗

Now poor old Jalapeno is the sole gem plant left in my Store

I guess he is a thrifty player so only pay for items he actually uses. 

I used to do the same when gems were difficult to obtain and that is we have some gems saved for a rainy day no-gems-drop day.....
