5000 coins plant seed no longer on offer [ Edited ]

Just wondering how EA knows I have almost fresh-out and given me a break from spending more coins?

It's not an iPhone issue.  I'm using and Android phone and have the same issue.  It happens every couple weeks.  One day I only get the option for one $5000 purchase for seed packets (normally there's three). Then I got nothing for about a week. After this they suddenly start coming again (sometimes after a game update).

Just checked and still no offers.

Guess this might be a localized issue because my shop is still out of stock....

Perhaps this may be an issue with iphone owners?
I'm android and i haven't had a problem-yet.
If anyone else is having this problem then speak up.

On iPad here, and was wondering why no seed packets. Used to always be 3 being sold at a time.
