I have tried to contact sims help multiple of times but I haven't gotten a reply back nor have anyone tried to fix it I have brought growing together when it first came out but there was a problem with the payment I am unable to download the pack even though I paid for it. please fix it or refund me so that I can buy it again

If it's stuck in a processing state, you'll need to reach out to live support so they can review your billing information and see what's going on- here on AHQ, we don't have access to your account details to take a look with you.

How can it be still processing when I brought the growing together pack in March 2023 when it first came out? It's been a whole year

From the site here under Game Support, you can select EA app as the product, then select I want to check my order status. From there, you'll see the available contact options.

@maygangray3 Right, the EA App only runs in Windows and macOS, not on whatever OS your phone has installed.
