Vertification problems

Hello there.

 

I recently made my origin account and played sims 4 once using my product code and then for some odd reason when I tried to log in the next day it said I had to verify my email, which I had already done the previous day, I tried to verify it and my parents can confirm that it didn't work and as such I could not log into the origin account or play the game. I gave up on it as I was going through more important things at the time which concerned real life.

 

As such I have lost my ID and everything as this is 8 months later (roughly) I have created a new origin account and wrote down the details so I wont loose the details however, as the previous product code was used I have no way of playing Sims 4 as the verify email came up twice (the first time it worked allowing me to install it, the second time was the next day) I need a new product code. 

 

That is the only solution I can come up with as I have no way of retrieving the old account. I need a new product code. Thankyou.
