Transfer dlc from a diff steam/ea acct?

★★★★★ Newbie

Can I transfer all my DLC from my husbands account?  We used to share a computer, so we had just the one Steam & one EA acct. All DLC was purchased via the original Steam acct. I've since gotten my own PC to play on and therefore my own accounts. We have enabled family sharing, but we can't play games at the same time. It'll kick off the first player or not allow you to boot up a second game. Doesn't even have to be the same game... It's obnoxious and I don't want to have to pay for all of those DLC again in order to play while he's playing his own games! He doesn't even play Sims! And yes, we are still together and can verify ownership of said accounts.

I cannot find a contact email for support and no more live chat.. just an AI that doesn't help.

@lstlfiregaming  No, this isn't possible, sorry.  EA doesn't support transferring content from one account to another.  Sometimes support will make an exception, but that's almost always when the original purchase was in error, not for the kind of setup you're talking about.  So unfortunately, only one of you and your husband can be signed in and online on this account at a time.

I don't work for EA. I'm just trying to help fellow players with their games.
