Sims 4 loading!!

So this is what happened...I was at a house in oasis springs right? And I wanted to go to the oasis springs park, Desert Bloom. I thought it would be a normal loading screen but NO. It won't stop loading and all i see is the Green Diamond and All I hear is the normal loading music. It has been loading for 30 minutes now and I am very frustrated last time this happened someone told me to restart my computer, which deleted everything on my sims game...Which was still loading.. Does anyone know what I can do? I have a really good world and I don't want to risk it! Please Give me answers!

Was this before or after yesterday's patch ? Are you using mods or custom content in your game ?
