Sims 4 Black Screen On Start Up

Sims 4 Black Screen When Loading.

So i got Origin Access and I downloaded Sims 4, first day was working fine. The next when i would load it up, the screen went black and my mouse went to the loading icon and did this for ages, i has to close Sims 4 with Task Manager. Then i uninstalled it (x3), repaired it (x3). Then i lowered it from 64 bit to 32 bit, still didn't work. The games is always on full screen so i went went into the game properties and went to windowed and thats where i saw that when ever i clicked on Sims 4 to load it up its said Not Responding. I have not downloaded any mods. Could someone help me out, thank you.
