SIMS 4 This Code Has Already been Used

I bought sims 4  a while back and do not have access to my previous e-mail account, which means i cannot resett my origin password, which in turn meant i had to create another account. I woulld like a working product code that i can play my game on, please, many thanks, hope for a reply, yours sincerely 'calrow1234'

i already have a product code but it wont let me download sims 4 because i used the code on my other account.
