My Sims 4 serial code wont work

I installed the Sims 4 onto my computer using the serial code then i got a new computer and when i tried to use my serial code it would not work so i checked my origin games and hidden games and its not there. how will i get my game to work?

Hi @caitlindockery

Are you absolutely sure you are logging in Origin with the same EA account where you registered your game? If so, please log out, close Origin, restart it and try to log in again using your email address instead of your username.

If that doesn't work, contact customer support so a game advisor can help you.
