Help on playing sims 4

I was trying to play sims 4 (which i played alot already) and it says to activate it. So I had to enter my product code again and when I did it sayed its already been used. So how do I get back to playing my SIms 4?mileysad:

Make sure you are logged into your Origin account and try to refresh your games by clicking Origin > Refresh Games. If that doesn't work, try restarting Origin
