City Living / Apartment Infestation (Roaches)

Hello,

My apartment have an infestation of roaches , I have called the landlord but he/she only stands there and nothing happen. I try to oblibleate and my sims just stand still too. I have move furniture, remove walls, have reset my sims, have gone to a different lot and come back and still have the same issue. Any other steps I can try??  Thank you

I have moved to a new apartment, I can see if a new game will have the same issue then I will share it .

I have the same problem. I read on the internet that the roach spawner is not accessible to the sims and that is why they cannot do anything. I tries the guide and the spawner must be in the apartment under mine which I do not have access to so I do not have access to the spawner.

I am willing to share my saved game if you would like because the issue is only with TLC apartment in the Culpepper Apartments. I have not lived in any of the other TLC apartments to know if the issue is persistent in them as well.

Update: I have created a new save (I still have my old game if needed) and in the new game I moved into the same apartment and waited until the roaches spawned. I was able to "eradicate" them successfully so it was old game that had the issue.
