Hi there, I phoned California head office today and was given this case number and put on hold. After an hour of being on hold I had to hang up cause I am phoning from New Zealand and the cost would have been too much. I received the email in the img above saying that EA tried getting hold of me but was unable too and they have resolved the case. I don't want it resolved, I am trying live chat now it said waiting times 5 to ten minutes, I have waited 15 minutes allready but is still leaving it open for now. Is there anybody that could contact me via email and help me with this case or a NZ ea person contact me on my home line. Its a bit redicilous how a person can not have one simple question answered, have to jump through six million hoops and then gets ignored blatantly although its costing you an arm and a leg to try and resolve something

been trying to phone our local ea help line with this case nr all day, either it rings or is engaged, I seriously think they need more staff, once I do get through the staff is very kind and do their best to help me, but its not always that we manage to get through like today.

Do you think we'd be able to use this number too, or would we need to go through the process of getting on ourselves?

not sure, but I tried all day yesterday to get a hold of our ea help here in nz and the phone either rung or was engaged, I will try again today.
