Can't connect to gallery

I have been trying all afternoon, and even contacted EA help but to no avail. I just can't connect to the gallery even though it was working fine for me a few days ago. Origin is connected with no problems. I have already cleared my caches and disabled CC but nothing works.

Hallo. 

I have a small problem that i hope someone here can help me with. 

Inside the game, i can`t log into the gallary, but it work when i try it 

on the internet. Any idea of what i can to do fix this??

Hello,

this morning I was able to use tha gallery without a problem. Then when I tried again it said that I should connect and I tried but still aconnection didn't happen. All my options for online access are OK - both in the game menu and the Origin menu. Then I cleared the cache files - still couldn't connect; I reainstalled Origin - still couldn't connect; I reinstalled the game - still couldn't connect. Then I installed Origin and the game on another computer and from there I still coudln't connect. I checked my firewall settings - eveything is OK, my firewall doesn't block Origin or the game. Please help,  I've tried everything and many hours passed and I still have this problem. 

P.S. - I also repaired the game by right-clicking on it and it didn't help. I moved the Electronic Arts folder from My Documents to the desktop so the game could create a new one automatically but that too didn't help.

There seems to be some outage, I can't get in to the gallery as well. EA is aware.

Having the same problem its bean going on for 2 and half days for me really starting to annoy me

2 and half days seems rather long. Could be you're having another issue, but it's hard to test when the gallery is currently down for some people.

I checked the online gallery and it's not working for me either. It says " Oops something has gone wrong! Please try again later." The message wasn't there earlier this day. And for the in-game gallery - I've tried everything possible - even installing The Sims on another computer and it didn't work. It's an EA problem I guess, users can't solve it...
