Crashing & two goalkeepers

When the game starts I have 2 goalkeepers.

One is the goalkeeper and the other is the RB who stands in the net doing nothing!

 

If by the second half I'm down by 1 goal the game will crash and take me to the Xbox home screen.

 

It's been happening every time.inplay for the past 2 days now.
