why can't I drag the image when making a Gameface?

Just exit your chrome then open it again. click restore when it shows at the top right of the screen

@x19XMayheMX93x Do you have the latest version of Chrome or tried reinstalling it? What's stopping you from dragging it into the browser? Can you upload it instead?

Hey what's going on. 

Can you both let me know what browsers you're using, if you've tried Firefox or Chrome, if you've taken a picture in front of a blank white wall with no other objects behind you? I've seen players have success fixing this by reinstalling their browser too. If you've tried any steps in this thread, please share them with me so we don't have to repeat the same ones.

I actually gave up and uninstalled fifa instead it seemed easier! not even kidding.

Nope just go install firefox for free on their website and do it that way. Works
