every time I try!! get to step 5 and always comes back with error, ask me to try again or start over, try again never works, click start over and boom step 5 same problem again!!! tried this for a straight week now! sort it out!

@JonestownJuice You can right click and inspect element and from there adjust the image. It worked for me.

Still doesn't work.

I've tried refreshing the page, duplicating the page, downloading Java, using both chrome and safari aswell as right clicking and selecting "inspect". None of which worked for me, so I've given up.

What a let down.

No it doesn't. Not for me anyway I've duplicated the page reloaded the page you name it. It simply do not work

Are you trying to upload a high resolution picture that has your face in front of a white only background? Most of the time the errors are due to a picture that isn't in high enough definition and the background isn't a plain white background, and/or the image lighting is too dark.

I've tried multiple different mug shots ranging in resultion using different cameras and different backgrounds nothing works it simply do not work
