why can't I drag the image when making a Gameface?

@EA_Blueberry Having the same issue with the error at the end, have tried on firefox, chrome, incognito mode, sizes are correct, against a plain white background.. all resulting with the error message at the end

Thanks for your patience. Do you have any pop up blockers and do you have browser toolbars installed at the top of your browser?

If you change the file to PNG or JPG does that help at all? We've seen players fix this by reinstalling their browser most of the time. Troubleshooting for this has been difficult because the fix for everyone can vary, so it's a matter of trying to see what helps resolve it for your system.

6/11/2020 i figured out that before you upload the image check the properties of each picture.and then go to the security and then under permissions go to advanced and DISABLE INHERITANCE. Remove all inherited permissions after i hit apply and ok it showed all check marks in the ALLLOW slot in the permissions for SYSTEM.

Also noticed that if you use the next button before you do the front image and the side image then when it takes you to the side image but on the same step, it stops allowing you to move image

@EA_Blueberry The issue isn't dragging an image into the browser. The issue is not being able to drag the image in the adjustment step after uploading the image
