why can't I drag the image when making a Gameface?

Trying to make a face for my avatars, but the tool isn't working.  Last night it let me drag the image and go through the whole process, but when I finishes I got a vague error message.  Today I tried again and it won't even let me drag the image to place it correctly.  The images are the correct size and type.  What gives?

6/11/2020 i figured out that before you upload the image check the properties of each picture.and then go to the security and then under permissions go to advanced and DISABLE INHERITANCE. Remove all inherited permissions after i hit apply and ok it showed all check marks in the ALLLOW slot in the permissions for SYSTEM.

Had the same issue, try using mozilla firefox instead, worked for me.

Same for me. Don't use Chrome. 

I'm on a Mac and it worked on Safari.

This still doesn't work no matter what browser I use- Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox.  Nothing works.  All permissions enabled.  I've tried it on multiple computers.  All cookies clean.  THIS DOES NOT WORK!

yes, this is still a problem. I was able to drag the photo the first time i tried it then after going through all the steps i got an error message, so now trying to start all over but it won't let me drag the photo like it did before

Alternatively You can center image manually and correct it with zoom feature.

I found the solution to it. You just refresh the page and then it allows you to move the face. Trust me man I was pissed off at first

issue still exists what a joke this is
