@VexedSquirell One if the reps checked my account and saw that I was leveling up even though we can't see it and told me I was level 13. So I'm hoping the same for you all

It's weird, when I play on my alternate profile that works, but the first fight (where it's impossible to win) they put me as controlling my opponent, and I try and let my CAF win, but he just keeps punching me until the clock runs out.

Does this message pop up when you're trying to purchase CAF/player profile items or when you're trying to go into Player Hub?

@EA_Blueberry player hub, and the box at the top of the screen with your profile name says "Offline" under it and is stuck on level 1
