Did you change your Gamertag picture to a Default Xbox one? That is fixing it for players.

Did you try this step? I mentioned Xbox but you should apply to PS4 as well.

The UO Trace tool can be found in the link below and is free to download. If you're playing on WiFi with your console, please try to run the UO Trace on WiFi if possible to simulate a similar connection.
