UFC 4 xbox one profile offline [ Edited ]

I have the trial on both my ps4 and xbox one while i bought the game on my xbox one. The xbox one it says my profile is offline while my ps4 one is online and leveling up also it keeps saying to buy the game on xbox while i have it bought i don't know if this will change and put my online when the game comes out or not but was wondering if this is a bug or my game itself

Did you buy the game for both Xbox and PS4 or do you have EA Access for both consoles?

I have ea acces for both but only bought the game on xbox

Did you get to play the trial on Xbox at all?

I got to play the trial but it always said my player profile was offline and then when i clicked to go to my player profile it gave me an error that says invalid process. ( 3 ) also i can play online

Let's start with the basics. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let's see if that makes a difference.

Saying my profile is offline. I can't do challenges or level up. Has been happening since beta. Ea acess trial. And now full game.

it's not my modem because the ps4 version i downloaded goes onliune and i thought when it fully goes online today it would fix it but screenshot of error  this picture is what has been coming up ever since i started playing on the 7th i redownloaded the game multiple times and that still didn't fix it at this point it is unplayable when i can't level up

If you are using a custom Gamertag pic for your Xbox profile, please change it to fix this.

I'm assuming you have your status showing online for your Gamertag (just wanted to throw that out there to check it). You should be able to play it while showing offline, so it's strange you're getting this error.

Can you answer these questions for me:

• Do you have anything plugged into the USB slot on your Xbox?
• Are you game sharing?
• Have you tried reinstalling the game?
• Can you try power cycling the console again and let me know if it helps?

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
