cannot log in to EA account for gameface

When I try to connect to EA sports gameface and log in the login just sits there loading and then times out. It's been happening for three days and I'm getting pretty frustrated with this. It can't be my connection.  All I'm doing is trying to log in, I enter the authentication code that is sent, and then it just sits there and times out and I cannot get to the gameface.

I got this error as well:

Oops! An Error Occurred The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

That doesn’t work either. Mobile phones aren’t allowed with the game face website. Cmon don’t you try the work around yourself before suggesting your “fix”? It seems as if y’all aren’t even trying your own fixes before you suggest them or know your own logistics.

I also can't load up the website with my account but when I create a new account it works except step 5. So there must be something wrong with my main account that I cannot even load the page. Only if I use the https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/select-gender link I get passed the endless loading but then also step 5 gives me an error.

So I have trouble getting a game face. I am able to upload my pics and adjusts the cross hairs just fine all the way to step 5 when it give me the same error multiple times of there was an error uploading your photos and generating your game face. I am using chrome but I've tried in with firefox as well. I deleted my cache too, it makes no difference. Any help?

Every time I try to upload anything to Gameface, it always gives me the same response - "There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again." I've tried every solution I've heard, and my accounts are linked. Why is this happening, and is there a way to fix it?
