Game face not generating

Hey! I am trying to create Game Face without success. I am getting error "There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again." What should I do?

I have tried to create it on Safari, Firefox, Chrome on latest versions. My images are in PNG format, they are 960*1280 pixels and 1mb large. I have 150mbps.

I have also tried the same thing on Windows 10. Ooh and wait a second, I even tried cleaning browser caches etc.

And yes, I made sure my EA/Origin account is linked with my PSN gamer tag.

I have tried everything I possibly can. There is no way it is in my way. It is obviously EA back-end problem. Please fix!

@AbC6909a2657026 same as you. It worked well a week ago. I have done all suggested soulution on this website and everyone says this problem started a week ago. I DON'T KNOW Why ea doesn't check their website.

@theganster1738 I contacted support and they said it was my problem. Did everything they asked still doesnt work. Doesnt work on my PC, on my phone in desktop mode, on a mac laptop and doesnt work in other peoples houses, or at my work place. So it definitely isnt my hardware problem.
EA dont care, useless support.
Guessing the website is bugged and they don't even know why so aren't saying anything.

I had the same issue, but I found the solution somewhere that worked for me. I don't know the link but I know the steps you have to do.

- in Windows, go to Control Panel, open Java, Security, Add, type this "https://ssl-webplayer.unity3d.com", ok and exit.

- on Firefox go to "https://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup" install plugin, allow and remember.

That did the trick for me, hope it works!

The fix from 2017 did not work.  No ad blockers.  Having issues on all browsers (chrome firefox and edge).  I do not want to post my login on a public forum but it seems many are having this same issue.  When you click sign in with origin it loads and loads then states the page cannot be loaded and gives an error that it is not redirecting properly.  I also ensured all permissions were open for the website and cookies are enabled.

Having the same exact problem, I’ve tried all different browsers and different types of windows, windows 7 through 10, and still can’t upload my game face. I even downloaded unity web player and it still doesn’t work. Please someone come up with an answer.

I’m an American trying to upload my game face on my pc so I can download it to my Xbox One.
