Can't sign into Gameface bug

Can you try loading up Game Face and let us know if it works for you? The team made a back-end change and it looks to be smooth from their results, can you confirm it's functioning now?

Maybe share the exact configurations the team is using to test such that it's smooth.

Anything else that could help:

Edit: It works, just needed to use 1280x800 resolution on Mac Google Chrome

We have received a word from the UFC team that they were able to identify the issue with the service which the gameface website relies on and the issue should now be resolved, can you give it a shot now please?

every time i try and make a new game face it gives me the old one i deleted

I've created a game face after numerous attempts to save it, however now when I try and download it on to my character it says download has failed.

@EA_Cade Seems to be broken again, would really like to be able to upload my game face in UFC 3. Any word on when the service will be back up and running again?

Thanks for letting us know. Can you provide us this info so we can ping the team to investigate:

• Gamertag/PSN ID
• Is it not working on both Firefox and Chrome for you?
• Have you tried clearing the browser's cache?
• Confirm which step in the process it's failing on you and the exact error message
