I don't have an update at the moment. It's been raised up to the team though and we'll post here as soon as we find out more information. Thanks for hanging in there for us.

I can't sign in through Origin on the gameface screen, and it constantly buffers and doesn't load in. I tried on a secondary account i have and it worked just fine though. I talked to EA over the phone and they said it was apparently a bug or something. I don't really know how to fix it though I've tried everything I'm pretty sure. Does anyone else have this problem???

Hey, all.

For those with iOS devices can you let us know if this workaround helps get it to work for you?

1. Close all Safari tabs and all games on device
2. Go to device Settings -> Safari -> Request Desktop Site -> Turn OFF the option
3. Open website again https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/mygameface and attempt to complete steps.

@EA_Blueberry I tried the workaround but I get redirected to a page with the following message: "Sorry, this feature is not available on mobile devices....."
