@EA_Barry This absolutely does NOT help. All it does is explain how to upload your face to the game. I need to know how to import my actual face to the EA site, so I can then transfer it to the game. There is NO info on this, that I can see.

Hey,

To make a Game Face you'll need to go to this site https://www.easports.com/gamefaceweb/generate-gameface and upload front and side images of your face (there will be some decently detailed instructions).

NOTE: This very often fails for many people at Step 5, this has yet to be resolved since the launch of the game and was an issue with both UFC 1 and UFC 2.

P.S. Game Face is honestly handled much better with NBA Live's companion app, not sure why it was decided to go a different route with UFC.
