Also, if this issue is due to cracking by someone else, it would have a tremendous impact on privacy violations since this site is for uploading personal photos. We would be happy if you could inform your development team and set this as a high priority task.

ok... I finally reported this bug in help.ea.com. i dont know they'll start to fix it, but we did everything we could. Let's keep an eye on developments.

THE STEP 2 GLITCH HAS BEEN FIXED.

However... now step 3 isn't allowing me to advance.

me too. but it looks like same error on step2. They've fixed it so i guess it'll be fixed soon. Hopefully..

anyone worked it? I reported about step3 two times and they turned to "fixed", but it still isn't working. I'd like you guys to report this problem if you can.

I got the same sort of thing going on except it will let me upload just won’t let me get past step 3
