i’m having the same issue except i bought all of the dlc that includes cosmetics and haven’t gotten anything besides ufc points. i have proof of purchase for all of them, i was already “helped” by a tech support person and i was also told to that power cycle thing and still not much has happened. my gamertag is BetterForMe and i’m on xbox if you want to add that to the list of people that are having this issue

Well you guys i wouldnt hold my breath for any kind of help....... i posted i bought the game updated and it bricked the game all it does is sit on the loading screen here it is days later and still not a single response what a waste of 59.99

I had the same problem. I contacted support they told me to reinstall the game. I did now the game doesn't play. I think it's a rip off.

Did you both purchase the DLC too or are you reporting a separate issue with not being able to launch the game?
Let me know what platform you play on and what steps you've already tried. If you have anything plugged into your console's USB slots like a flash drive, dongle, or external hard drive try removing them.
Just a quick heads up, external drives work but I've seen problems where the external drives can have the game installed on them, but updates were designated to the internal (or vise-versa), so the game is trying to pull data from two different sources which can cause issues. If that's the case, you'll want to uninstall the data from both and I recommend installing it again after you confirmed under your settings the updates are all going to the same source.

my game boots up fine, everything in the game itself is fine it’s just the same issue other people are having where bundles/dlc aren’t showing up in our customization section for our fighters. i’m on xbox one and i’ve done about everything there is to try and fix it besides what you just mentioned with the external hard drive. i have a 2 terabyte one hooked up to my xbox so i’ll move it to internal and see if that helps anything
