Hi, I am unable to access old email to verify and update EA account settings.
Read the instructions given to other threads but still I don’t see any new case option.
Everything started from downloading FC Mobile, that got linked with my PS5 account but when I check it shows a different name (playing name) that the regular one.
Any ideas?

@EA_Barry I don’t have the option to open a new case.
I use the open a new case option and it takes me back to the games/manage account selection.
How can I contact an advisor or can you trigger that?

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:
If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
