why is origin saying my game is not installed but it is?

why is origin saying my sims 2 unltimate collection isnt downloaded but it is ? i restart it twice & its still saying this, what do I Do?

@awilli30 , try restarting your computer to clear Origin. I find it helps especially after Origin updates.
