why can i not play sims deluxe edition on windows 10

I am unable to play sims deluxe edition on windows 10. It says "Please log in with administrator login to play" and I am the admin.

Can you please use the info at the following link to check if your Windows account is an admin account:

I am having the similar experience with not being able to play this game and i am also have windows 10 OS. I am logged in as an admistrator. I know i have enough ram cause i have 8 GB of the stuff, my HDD is 1TB

back in my windows XP, and & days this was one of my favorite games to play and when i had the mac many decades ago i enjoyed most if not all the sim games the was offered back then. When i found out this game could not load on windows 10 Lets just say i wasn't a happy camper.

Did these steps and still having the same issue. i get closer but when i go into the game and then click the size it just does nothing. so dissapointment.

Windows team said there's nothing they can do, its all EA
