Also make sure your adapter drivers are setup by looking in the device manage. If you have Microsoft Basic Display Adapter showing in your Display adapters then right click on it and select Update driver. If this does not work then you need to go to the video manufacturers website or computer/laptop website and download the driver directly and install it.

@Hdudeky , and everyone. Please note that simply downloading the Video driver software updates may hinder your ability to play even more. Please do this carefully and make sure you follow the instructions. Also check YouTube as they have many helpful step by step videos on how to update and safely install these software updates.
