sims medieval wont launch

Just bought sims medieval again no install before hand. Running an intel i5-1035G7  16gb of LPDDR4-3200of ram and intel Iris Plus 940.

it launch again not sure what i did to get it to work that one time but now it wont work same error message

Literally installed it triedf launching from orgin and form the icon both form desktop and from the document folder in  local disk d
