sims 2 ultimate collection [ Edited ]

Hello! I have the Sims 2 UC on my Windows 10 and whenever I try to launch the game, my screen becomes pixalated, like it's broken, but the mouse and the music in the backgorund are working properly. I changed in the graphics rule the settings for borderless etc., still doesn't do a thing for me. Do you have any idea if I can do something about this problem or is it hopeless? Thanks.

@egvowrom9zhl , have you used Graphics Rule Maker from Sims Network and applied the 4GB patch found on Mod the Sims?
