Bought MySims code and redeemed and downloaded it through Origin. 

When I attempt to launch it it either does nothing or goes black screen and crashes. It doesn't appear in the Origin games folder or anywhere else.

Please can someone give me advice on what to do?

@erinraine26 , if you redeemed the code on Origin it should show up in your Origin account. Make sure that the game isn't "hidden" on Origin first. If it isn't and it really doesn't appear in your Origin account and you have proof of purchase, contact EA Help Support and they should either be able to give you a new code or add the game to your account.
