my sims

i brought mysims on origin and my last computer died so i brought a new computer. so i download mysims and it says the game reached its limit on the number of pcs its licensed on. all my computer is dead except my new one im using now. i would like to play mysims.

@babygirlatwell , you will need to contact EA Customer Support to help you. If you downloaded the game on 5 computers before trying to download this one, I'm not sure what can be done. You would need to speak with Customer Support.
