my sims 2 ultimate collection is missing open for buisness dlc. When I log on all of the dlc is there except ofb. Please help

Also it wont let me contact ea with chat only phone

Maybe you can try repair the game in Origin, or reinstall the game? Does that help?

You can try choosing tome other options in the contact form and you might get to the chat, but I'm some countries and for some account restrictions you might have to use the phone.
