how to install the sims 2 using origin

Hello, so I've just found my old sims 2 game however my disc are scratched up and are not being read by my pc. I've tried installing it through origin but it directs me to ea's help forum, I don't know what to do as I really love this game and I also have about 4 expansion packs for it. Help please!!
