fresh install lot crash

I've recently reinstalled Sims 2 Ultimate Collection (after my antivirus, kind of, uninstalled it). Since then, I've had random lots crash while loading them. I kept my custom content only, when I completely un/reinstalled, but I don't think it's any of those because there was never an issue before and some times it's lots I haven't played at all since my reinstall...
