bought sims 2 but dont have a disk drive

How can I get sims 2 on my computer if I don't have a disk drive? Also I am having a problem with EA live chat because it just keeps saying we need to talk to you on the phone to speed up the process but I don't want to talk on the phone, there was an option to talk on live chat yesterday but it didn't work then. So I don't know what to do. Please someone fix live chat.

@DynamiteSimmerAM , unfortunately the only way to get Sims 2 on Windows OS is to play from a disk. EA ended the promotion of giving digital copies of Sims 2 Ultimate Collection with proof of ownership of the disk version October 2018. You can purchase external disk drives from any computer retailer as they are not very expensive.
