Hello,
im from slovakia, ive bought sims3 as classics for xbox, including the code for exchange, dint work, ive got the 800700E8 when I trie via sims3 to access the exchange server, ive even bought the online pass, does not work / connec either, i got again the 800700E8 message on xbox.
basically, i get the problem described here http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/30/3766746.page
would be really nice, if you could solve that

We discontinued the Online Pass which means that you don't need them for EA games anymore. It is possible that you still have to download the Online Pass from the Xbox Marketplace, but it won't cost you anything.

i have entered my online pass code which i got some time in 2013, i have entered it into three different places on the website a one on my xbox but i doesn't work. i have looked through my history and that thing and there is not history of me putting the code in. When i tried to get something off the exchange it said you need a code or something and i entered it but i didn't work.
