Won’t take pizza

Whenever my sims orders pizza, she can’t take it because it’s locked? I tried unlocking the front door completely but it doesn’t work.

@Shelbkyra6 , are you playing with any mods? Have you tried to delete the front door and replace with a new one? Just thinking of things off the top of my head.

I don’t play with mods. But I’ll try deleting the door.
