Windowed mode?

How do I get it into windowed mode via Origin?  Graphics are distorted in Full Screen mode.  I've tried Alt+Enter, no luck, and the instructions for Sims 3 don't apply.

Hi @AStrangePuppy,

If adding the '-w' in the game Properties in Origin doesn't work, try this:

1. If you don't have a The Sims 2 shortcut in your desktop, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin, right click on Sims2EP9.exe and select Send to > Desktop to create a shortcut.
2. Right click on the shortcut > Properties.
3. Add -w at the end of 'Target' as you can see in this picture:

After applying the changes, you can use the shortcut to start the game in windowed mode.

@hmanitea , the option for windowed mode or Full Screen should be at the top of the screen under the View option.

Please let me know whether it includes The Sims 2 Store Edition (some copies do, some don't).
