[The Sims Medieval] Sims Medieval video driver problems? [ Edited ]

Hi,

Need help.  I bought a Dell Ultrabook 14z.  It has Intel i5, 6GB RAM, Video is Intel HD Graphic 4000, and Windows 7.  I installed Sims Medieval on it and updated to the latest patches. 

The game starts off ok for the first few minutes but then freezes or runs extremely slow to where it is unusable.  I am very sad because I really like the game.  I had it on my other Dell Inspirion laptopn that is over 2 years old and ran it with no problem.

Any ideas?

Have you tried playing the game in Compatibility Mode?
