November 2017 - last edited November 2017
I installed The Sims 2 + Seasons on my Windows 10 computer, following this guide here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/games_windows_10/how-to-install-the-sims-2-expansi... , only I put it in Game Files x86.
The game is super slow. The loading screen works fine, but everything else is slow. Like the cars on the map - slow. And then I open a house and start playing, and the sims move in slowmotion and the snow is falling in slowmotion, and everything is slow. I'm always playing as admin and I've tried playing it in compability mode for Windows 7, which didn't make it work better at all.
What should I do?
Edit:
The EA Support were super nice and gave me the whole The Sims 2 - Ultimate Collection! But the game is still slow. I have restarted the computer, and I have repaired the game once, as you can do from the Origin desktop software.
It's playable but really slow. What should I do?

That is all I can think of...
