The Sims 2 Digital

Hi!

I have a physical copy of The Sims 2 and The Sims 2 H&M Fashion, so I wanted to ask, Is there any possibility to make them digital? I don’t have my the sims 2 serial number, I have only TS2 H&M serial number.

PS. I have a mac, so is there any possibility to play on mac without buying the game in Mac App Store?

If you wanted to activate them on your Origin account you would first need The Sims 2 base game product code. If you do not have that you cannot activate and play your game digitally.

It all starts with the base game unfortunately. Without that, you're stuck. You would need to purchase it again.

Or you could contact EA support? It's a long shot but they may be able to give you another code? If you can prove to them you bought the game in the first place. (I had an issue with a product code on another game and they wanted pictures of absolutely everything for proof)
