Sims medieval & 3 crashes and restarts computer

Having the same issue as https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-The-Sims-Games/The-Sims-Medieval-makes-my-computer-crash/td-p/587905... for both Sims 3 and Sims Medieval, however I'm still having issues after a clean boot. Here's a quick look at the DxDiag too

*Note that The Sims Medieval is INCOMPATIBLE with Windows 8 or newer. If you are using Windows 8 or newer the game will not work.

Have you tried fresh install and/or repairing the game through Origin?
