Okay so I bought sims medeval deluxe edition through Origin earlier today. When I install it, it downloads then a screen pops up “important installation notice! It says that the game must be installed using an external application, which is separate software not a part of origin. Then it tells me the product code and “by clicking install, sims medieval will install using an external application” BUT when I click install literally NOTHING HAPPENS. After a few seconds though, a pop up says medieval was installed and ready to play, but when you click play it wont work. HELP. I think I’ve tried everything from all the other threads. Maybe there is something different to try???? HELP
