Sims Medieval Limited Edition and Pirates & Nobles pack

Hello! I'm a owner of a limited edition of the Sims Medieval game. I wanted to ask if this limited edition provides the pirates & nobles expansion pack, (When I started the very first game, it said pirates & nobles quest were marked by sword crosses, but I don't see the new clothes or quests after playing for several hours) and if it doesn't if there is a separate way to purchase the DLC now that the Sims Medieval is only provided as a deluxe edition. Thank you!
