Sims 3 medical does not download

Hi! 

I just bought the sims medivial deluxe (so the base game and also the pirates and nobles expansion). I cannot download the expansion.

@happollo123 , can you provide us with more details? Such as "I downloaded and was able to play the base game, but when I try to add Pirates and Nobles it does (insert details here)"? What exactly happens? Are you playing on Windows 10 or 11? The more details you can provide, the better we can help you.
